The low nickel content of 253ma stainless steel giveing some advantages over high nickel alloys and 310 stainless steel in reducing sulfate natural environments. The high content of chromium, silicon, nitrogen, and cerium gives 2253ma stainless steel excellent metal oxide reliability, high-temperature (creep) compressive strength, and excellent resistance σ Phase precipitation ability. 253ma stainless steel will undergo sensitization in the temperature range of 425-860 degree C, which is not harmful for high-temperature applications but can result in a decrease in solution corrosion resistance. Heating to 1050-1150 degree C and rapid cooling can perform solution treatment (annealing) on 253MA materials. Suggest conducting solid solution treatment on raw materials after 10-20% cold drawing to achieve maximum creep strength.
